3rd stop: Val Bavona
5th - 7th May

We choose the route over the Maloya-Pass through Italy to the Italian speaking part of Switzerland:
The Ticino.
We spend the next two nights at the charming pension "PasodinoÓ at the very end of the Bavona Valley.
Surprisingly, the weather has changed and we have to put up with some rain. This is rather unusual for the south of Switzerland, the sunniest part of the country where palm trees grow along the "Lago MaggioreÓ. But it makes the Bavona Valley with its grand waterfalls even more impressive!
